GOintegro, the leading Employee Experience platform in Latin America, launched the first edition of the Employee Experience Awards LatAm in October 2017 as part of its Customer Success Community initiatives.
The Employee Experience Awards LatAm are the first Latin American awards dedicated to highlight clients Employee Communications, Employee Benefits and Employee Recognition strategies. A platform to recognize excellence and boost the Human Resources industry through high-value experiences.
The winners, including Mcdonald's Uruguay, Arca Continental Lindley Peru, Mall Aventura Peru, Alpha Credit Mexico and Murchison Uruguay, demonstrated a committed and reflective focus on unforgettable experiences for their collaborators.
A panel of independent expert judges evaluated each entry through an online virtual platform. More than 24 directors, vice-presidents, directors of companies and renowned HR experts from all Latin America reviewed each participation in search of creative and effective participation initiatives.
The winners were those whom the judges considered replayed with the best strategies and actions. The judges looked for entries that demonstrated a true commitment to a mutually beneficial collaboration over time, providing real, quantifiable, social and participation benefits.
The 2nd edition of the Employee Experience Awards LatAm 2018, is the first Award in Latin America dedicated to recognize companies that place emphasis on strengthening the experience of their collaborators through innovative strategies that enhance Human Resources Digital Transformation.
With new categories, companies of different sizes will be able to apply and be recognized as regional Employee Experience references.
Entries will be evaluated by Consultants, Directors and VP of Human Resources, as well as members of members of the Top 100 #HRInfluencersLatAm 2018 ranking.
